The Maker Makes Tails for the Animals

When Maker made the animals, he made them without tails.
Afterwards, he made tails and summoned the animals, "Come get your tails!"
The most eager animals who came first got the best, longest tails.
The animals who came next got good tails, but shorter.
Then the lazy animals who came later got very short tails.
Meanwhile, the rabbits were so lazy that they didn't go themselves get their own tails. "Bring us some tails!" they said to the other animals.
So rabbits have the shortest tails of all.
You must do for yourself; don't ask others to do for you.
