Monkeys used to live together with people, but long ago they went to live in the forest. Still, they remember the people's barns full of food, and raid the barns even when they can.
One man caught a monkey and gave it to his children for a pet. They loved the little monkey, and the monkey loved them back.
But when the monkey was alone, he went into the barn and ate the food.
"Who's stealing my good?" the man wondered. He set a trap and caught the monkey. "A monkey is a monkey no matter what!" the man exclaimed.
