The Man, the Ogre, and the Lizard

A hunter and his dogs killed an antelope.
In a rainstorm, they sheltered in a cave, but a three-headed ogre lived there.
"Dogs must eat antelope! You must eat dogs!" the ogre shouted at the man. "Then I eat you!"
The man shook with terror.
From inside the cave-wall, a lizard shouted, "Yes! Dogs eat antelope, man eats dogs, you eat man, and then WE EAT YOU. Now shout, my soldiers!" and the termites all shouted, "W-E-E-E-E! W-E-E-E-E!"
Terrified, the ogre ran out of the cave.
Thus the man and his dogs escaped, thanks to the lizard and the termites.

Inspired by: "The Story of the Man, the Lizard, and the Termites" in Lamba Folklore by Clement M. Doke, 1927.
Notes: You can read the original story online. In the original story, the hunter killed some guinea-fowl, but it was easier to just have it be a single thing enough to feed the dogs, so I changed that to an antelope. The original story had two ogres, one with two heads and one with three heads.
