Grandpa grabbed the turnip. He pulled and pulled; turnip wouldn't budge.
"Help, Grandma!" he yelled. Grandma pulled Grandpa who pulled the turnip; turnip stayed put.
Grandma shouted, "Granddaughter, help!"
Granddaughter pulled Grandma who pulled Grandpa; turnip didn't move.
"Help, Dog!" called Granddaughter.
Dog pulled Granddaughter who pulled Grandma who pulled Grandpa; turnip still in the ground.
Dog barked, "Cat, help!"
Cat pulled Dog who pulled Granddaughter who pulled Grandma who pulled Grandpa; turnip wouldn't come out.
"Help, Mouse!" meowed Cat.
Mouse pulled Cat who pulled Dog who pulled Granddaughter who pulled Grandma who pulled Grandpa... and the turnip came out!
