Lion Gives a Ball

Lion invited Sheep, Dog, and Rabbit to a ball. His plan: get them drunk and kill them.
Suspecting trouble, they brought bottles of water and only pretended to drink Lion's rum, so when Lion attacked, they escaped.
They ran to the river. Dog jumped over. So did Sheep. But Rabbit was afraid, so he dug a hole and hid.
Seeing Sheep and Dog on the other side, Lion was about to jump when he noticed Rabbit's ears sticking up out of the ground. "Got you!" he shouted, grabbing Rabbit's ears.
Then Lion took Rabbit home, killed him, and cooked him.
