Turtle Uses Anansi's Advice

Tiger trapped Turtle and brought him home.
"Make turtle soup for supper!" Tiger told Cook.
Turtle remembered Anansi's advice: whenever you're in trouble, just start singing! So Turtle started singing.
"You sing beautifully!" said Cook.
"I'll sing even better outside."
Cook took Turtle outside.
"I'll sing even better by the pond."
Cook took Turtle to the pond.
"I'll sing even better with my tail in the water."
Cook put Turtle's tail in the water.
Turtle sang, and Cook started dancing.
Then Turtle plunged into the pond and swam away.
Cook kept on dancing and never went back to Tiger's house.
