Anansi boasted that he was stronger than Snake. Faster. Stronger.
This made Snake mad. He came knocking at Anansi's door and yelled, "Come out and fight!"
Anansi was scared. He quickly grabbed all his belts and put them on. Then he stuck all his knives, scissors, any sharp metal, into the belts.
"Come and get me!" said Anansi, stepping out the front door.
Snake dung his fangs in, and a knife cut him. Another knife, scissors, cut, cut, cut.
Finally Snake slithered off in defeat.
"Better luck next time!" Anansi shouted, though he hoped there wouldn't be a next time.
