Singing God's Praises

Abu Said and his disciples went to a Christian church to watch the services. The priest knew Abu Said and greeted him with joy. "Let us all sing God's praises!' said the priest.
The Sufi qawwali singers sang, and so did the Christian choir, and the whole church resounded with God's praises.
Afterwards, one of Abu Said's disciples said, "Some of them might remove the garment of Christianity to wear the robe of Islam."
"We didn't put that garment on them," replied Abu Said; "and we shouldn't presume to take it off."
God doesn't hide under a cloak of religion.
