Spider and His Mother-in-Law

Spider's mother-in-law needed a new roof on her house. Spider went there and worked on the roof while his mother-in-law cooked a stew.
When she went to fetch water, Spider snuck into the kitchen and grabbed a piece of meat from the stew. His mother-in-law came back sooner than expected, so he hid the meat under his hat. It burned! Spider turned his head every-which-way: the meat kept burning him!
"What's wrong?" his mother-in-law asked.
"Nothing!" Spider shrieked and as he tossed his head back-and-forth, the meat came flying out. Then Spider ran away, embarrassed.
He never finished the roof.
